Caratteristiche organolettiche
Intense ruby red colour. On the nose it offers fruity hints reminiscent of plum and blackberry, with delicate balsamic sensations accentuated by the evolution in the bottle. On the palate it demonstrates excellent balance with notes of ripe red fruits and light hints of vanilla. Savoury and soft with noble tannins. Long and enveloping finish.

The different wines undergo separate vinification before getting blended. The vinification of both Cabernet types as well as of Merlot is made using the system for making red wine with a medium-long maceration period (13-14 days). Once fermentation has been completed, maturation follows in barriques and small oak barrels for 24 months.
